After attending a party a couple of weeks ago, we decided to re-activate my account on swingular and update it to include the both of us. We have put in a support ticket to change our name and update from single male to couple, but have not received any response. When I tried calling the support hotline, it went straight to voicemail and also would not record said voicemail.
I'm hoping they pay a little more attention to the forum and we can get some help. I know they have been making changes to the site, so there must be somebody on duty sometimes. If they don't get back to us, what can we do to finish changing the account over?
