Is there anything in Utah besides swingers?

We're seriously considering our relocation options and I want to know if I should put a bug in the wifes ear about Utah.

After seeing how many swingers reside there vs other states...I'm interested! :)
Well, that all depends on what interests you besides swingers!

LOL

;)

OH MY GOSH !!! Swingers in Utah? Has someone talked to KSL about this? It would make a great news story... (just kidding)

For the record... its not just an abundance of swingers.. but one heck of alot of very wonderful people. The scenery is fantastic and depending upon where you locate... it may be alittle retro "Mayberry" in some areas... but the peace and quiet is wonderful. You still have the big city atmosphere too if thats something you like.
OMG! Don't you know ANYTHING about Utah???? All we have here are swingers! (and a few skiiers.......who swing!) Honestly there are a TON of swingers here.... if you apply the term broadly and include polygamists....and maybe some Mormons... and a few illegal....er undocumented workers. Just watch the HBO series "Big Love" and it will answer all your questions. Utah is a TOTAL bargain for swingers since you usually get 3 or 4 for the price of one. Where else can you invite a couple to swing and have an extra 2 or 3 single females at the "party"? But don't tell anyone cause we want to keep all those hot chicks with braids, gingham dress and hairy armpits to OURSELVES!!!!
Evil
Utah has Swingers

Florida has Swingers, beaches, The Keys, Mickey Mouse,
Professional Football, College Football, The best Militay Bases in the World,
NASA, Offshore Fishing and you can ride your motorcycle year round!!!

Come to think of it,,Yea, go to Utah,,We'll just keep this to ourselves
We have to agree with what Clay had to say with one exception...please do come here. The more the merrier :D
But we have Big Love in Utah....LOL
Big Love,,,,is that anything like Brokeback Mountain??? LOL
I'm almost ready to leave Chicago for SLC, Utah. Any hope for single guys out there?
Hmm.. anything beside swingers?

Grocery stores that can't sell wine or liquor,
lots of people that support Bush,
mini-van drivers bearing testimonies in the left lane on most freeways,
a few clubs and bars with last calls around 1-am,
hi poser to swinger ratio,
no anti-smoking laws,
no off premise clubs,
no on premise clubs,
KSL swing reports,
lots of people having sex in really odd underwear,
Church controlled politics,
less than 1 hour from Vegas or Denver via plane,
and totally hot blondes with weekend fun temple recommends!!!

But there are truly some fun LS parties, sexy bods, and the most amazing outdoors in the USA! Oh, and awesome skiing on Sunday cause everyone is in church repenting to their Bishop.
;-)
XXXTASYX2 - So true, so true. And people wonder why KSL news (Mormon Church owned) has launched an investigation into this web site.
......."Singing to the Lord on Sunday...

..Praying for the gifts he'll send...

But we're the ones who take it,

We're the ones who "make it" in the end"....

Les Mis, anyone?

Yep.... we're all kinds of good here in Utah... (heh heh heh)..

As the old saying goes;... "Try it... you'll like it!"..

Be good kids!
Well we moved to SW Wyoming 5 years ago from NW Indiana so we are 1 hour from Salt Lake City and we used to be 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. In our opinion the people out west are a lot more fun friendly and always have a great time. While you do have to have a membership for most clubs its not a big deal. Yes the beer is a little weak. Overall we would rather party and hang out in SLC it's cleaner safer better veiws and the women here are AWSOME. While you will run into some very religous people here don't be afraid because there are so many great people who like to have fun.SLC is changing with lots of new people new ideas and is a great place to eat drink and party. Hell Mancow is on the air here now hell ya. Do we regret moving here NO WAY great people great snow fishing hunting hot springs. I grew up in Detriot have lived in Cleveland Birmingham and Chicago and would take SLC over any of them any day of the week take a vacation here you'll want to stay.
Peace

And the best thing about Utah FOR A FEE ALL SINS CAN BE FORGIVEN
Hey Really98,

Looks like we've lived in/around the same Hoods over the years (Detroit, Birminham, Chicago). Being a 45 y.o SWM, suspect it may be a bit hard to get a date with a SF, but I may have to give SLC a try one of these days, or at least spend more time out there.

When we were in the air force we lived in 3 different states and the united kingdom. While each had their major points we chose to come back to utah. Florida's gulf beaches rock, colorado has awesome scenery, texas has such a great history, and england was such a treat to be exposed to the "other" western civilization. But we really like the mountains, fishing, hunting and for alot of things we kind of are the center of the west. 6 hours to vegas, few hours to wendover, 8 hours to denver and so forth.... Just our 2 cents.
Yep.. former Utahrd's here.. Now we just live across the boarder in Arizona.. but close enough to visit our friends over in Utah!....
Have the best of both worlds here!;)
Ok,

So...

Utah is a good place to live then?

Thanks for the inciteful (and plentiful) responses. :)
