For reasons that we cannot control, we have been faced with the need to change the location of the venue for this event. For those of us who have already booked hotel rooms, we wanted to find a place that is relatively close to the original venue location. So with the help of our sexy friends Hotncurious0127, we will be gathering for this event at The Outlaw Saloon in Ogden, UT on the same day and time as the original event.
We really don't like to charge our group members for these kinds of events, but The Outlaw is charging us $25 per table of 15 (we reserved 4 tables for this event), so in order for us to cover our costs, we are asking for a donation of $5 per couple in addition to the $5 cover charge the bar is going to charge. Any money collected over and above the cost of the reservation will be used to purchase food and/or beer for the group.
