Is Swingular Forum Addiction (SFA) a thing?

I find I'm addicted to reading posts on the forums. I don't always comment, only when there's another comment that sparks my interest, but I really, really enjoy reading the posts and comments.

Is there a support group to get me off of Swingular while I'm at work, at the gym, in a meeting? From the funny to the angry comments on here, I have learned so much about the people on here just from what they post. Yet, I know so few of you.

Am I doomed?

It beats obsessively (compulsively?) checking 538.com for updates on poll numbers like 40 times a day.

Have you found that checking them that often changes anything? Do they fluctuate much throughout the day? #ObviouslyNotChecking538.com

They TOTALLY fluctuate...several times a day, and sometimes by several tenths of a percent! #Ireallyneedalife

And here I thought I needed an intervention.

Yeah, sad AND pathetic, I know. But it could be worse. I could compulsively watch the debates over and over again dissecting each and every word, facial expression, and gesture for some nefarious content.
