I keep getting threatning texts from a user. I dont want to put his name up. My question is how do i stop him. I blocked him. I am now afraid.
I don't think i should have to fear another player, however, how far does this guy get to go. It has upset me. I don't play often. This makes me want to stop all together.
Any ideas???

Honestly, you can check with the WJPD, it sounds like a crime, especially if he is using a phone. I would report them to the admin of the site, and they can boot him for abusive behavior. Very sorry to hear about this.

Along w/ the other suggestions, I'd contact user RECON immediately. They've helped me before when the same thing happened and while the users are still here, they cannot contact me and they know Admin has the whole story.
Make Admin informed, call the police if it continues. It's stalking. Keep the texts for evidence.

Yes, whatever you do, do NOT delete the texts. Tell this individual that you have the texts as evidence and that he is violating Swingular's TOS and likely breaking the law. If that doesn't deter him contact ADMIN (and yes RECON is an admin as well) and/or the po-po...assuming you don't mind sort of outing yourself. I'm not 100% certain, but I think we have (or used to have) some police officers who are Swingular members and I think one even works for WJPD.
I am very sorry this is happening to you. Single guys on this site are our own worst enemy, please don't think we are all like this.
