Swingers Forum - Great article!

It is just one POV on the situation but the subject makes great, compelling and relatable points to why single men have a place w/ couples that want them. The only downside I see is treating swinging as a fetish akin to clown fucking but I'm sure the writer had nothing to do w/ the infobox doing so.

See! Single guys get all the swinging pussy they can handle and more. Don't know what they're always bitchin' about.
And if this pic doesn't epitomize swinging, I don't know what does.

pretty spot on evil lol but we would like to try the other fun things this lifestyle has to offer as well.
So does it make me strange to have that fantasy?

Mr. Simple....

His appeal also appears to stem from his intelligence, career success, large cock and his genuine attraction to a wide range of women - most of whom are left behind by guys his age as they seek out long-term reproductive mates instead of partners for enjoyable sex first and foremost.

Fantasy is exactly for that - stepping out of your normal in a safe way. There is no such thing as strange, really; only different norms that are informed by the environment of the subject.

The one thing I believe the couples on here would find truly odd is either half of a couple claiming they have no feelings one way or the other when they share their partner w/ another person whether they're present when it occurs or not.

That's a great article. Very hot, Cheffette!

The recurring thought while I read was that this, being a GQ article, just normalized the swing lifestyle that much more in current society. It shows that there is nothing wrong with accepting, even embracing, the idea that there are people from every situation and background who shares in this fantasy, an indulgence that may sometimes destroy marriages but more often enhances them.

Thanks for sharing.

It's my pleasure; as you noted, anything that normalizes ethical non-monogamy of all flavors is A-OK in my book! And yes, it was hot, wasn't it? I was surprised at where my mind went, b/c even though I don't play w/ couples the single guy's excited approach to ALL women, that he found them not only acceptable to fuck but clearly enjoyed them throughout. That kind of authenticity is A) hard to fake and 2) hot as fuck. Someone can be technically proficient in bed but if they are joyless that's no fun at all.
So...I have a question. Is the title of America's Greatest Swinger honorary or is it an elected position? We've met MORE than a few guys over the years (single AND married) who, if not outright claiming the title, have acted like that was their official designation.

It was personal revelation from God written on stone and trumpeted from the hill tops by Moroni...Satan had no part of it.

I could be just like that guy in the article. Except I'm white, and I only have a slightly above average cock. And, average looks, and average career. :)
Pray tell, what is a "stud mentality"?

Your definition seems a little at odds with others I've found online.

Stud Mentality

Stud Mentality

Probably another bit of pickup artist BS that relies on sexism and the like.

My favorite bit (misspelling and all) was, "A stud’s freedom to do and say whatever he wants, even if it goes against common customs and norms is extremely attractive and down right exhillerating to women. This behavior will make you literally MAGNETIC to chicks."

Who knew misogynists and narcissists had their own websites where they shared ideas and techniques. No wonder rape culture is so rampant in our culture these days.

We read the link you shared Evil, and it is a manual on how to behave if you want to have no chance whatsoever of ever hooking up with Mrs. Delicious or frankly a lot of the most sexual women on the planet. Maybe not all, but most of the really sexually charged women we know, that really want to explore their sexuality first and foremost have to be able to trust the men and or women they choose to unleash their passions with. Yes red hot passion in a deliciously wet embrace is desired but to be able to let go a woman needs to feel safe. Well don't we all. Stud mentality as so defined suggest a shallow 13 year old boy mentality at best and or a predatory asshole who should never ever have heard about the lifestyle. [/quote]

LITERALLY MAGNETIC
No, no it does not. That is a science and grammar fail, take your pick.
What many men mistake for their own confidence is seen by most as arrogance; that is not attractive. We know an arrogant SOB will treat us as though our needs aren't important and we don't trust them at all. I agree this line of thinking contributes to rape culture, it turns the desired person into a thing and there's no empathy there.
"...it turns the desired person into a thing and there's no empathy there."

Interesting that you would use the term empathy. Lack of empathy is one of the hallmark characteristics of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I read this interesting page on narcissism tonight.
