SERIOUSLY doubt it's even remotely lifestyle related. We go there quite often (have business contacts nearby) and know the bartenders fairly well. Once asked some thinly veiled questions about whether or not lifestylers ever frequented Elixir and they said absolutely not.
Is NOT a LS Party, would be open from 7 pm, to warm up, there would be a top DJ, is a gathering of several single groups from meetup.com and facebook, 30s and 40s. Lots of beautiful nice people. PS lifestylers do frequent this place, as theres a hotel right next to it, have had great times there. I guess they just keep low profile

It's not, and maybe should not be the kind of place, where you are at a table with some friends you either came there with, or just met while you were there and have somebody come up to your table and address you by your profile name and start asking what kind of sex you are into.

They've never let me back into the Kneaders, you know. Harsh.

Three of the 40+ Singles Meetups I belong to have this posted each week; it looks like the bar owner's posting it. I doubt they'd want to have it openly LS-friendly or oriented, those groups turn into sausage fests quickly from what I've seen on Meetup. An heavily uneven M to F ratio makes Fs nervous and Ms resentful when their fair share, so to speak, does not meet expectations. That is not a recipe for profitable success.

We have never been there when there was a meet up group of any kind. Every time we have been there the gender ratio was pretty even. We like the place. Never ever saw a biligerent drunk there or met anyone that was less than cordial. The patrons we have met have always been interesting conversationalist and pretty liberal.

If we want to hang with a crowd with more of an edge we go elsewhere. [/quote]

I suspect the OP would like to buy you drinks at elsewhere.

Thanks for the heads up. Liberals scare the bejeezus out of us. John Miller 2016!

You asked someone something about (gasp) sex at that Kneaders place? OMG!!!!! Have you no shame?

Well we don't know how last night went at Elixir.....Has anyone gone to see Captain America Civil War?

Please tell me there was a scene at Elixir last night approximating ANY scene from CACW (which I saw w/ my FWB and it got us both randy, funnily enough, so we humpty-romped before and after watching Ant-Man).
