Well we decided we would finally head down to Vegas for the first time in June and check it out. Since we have never been and there seems to be lots of options, anyone have any input on where they like to stay down there and fun things for us to do while we are there? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
The Green Door and Couples Oasis are great places to visit but stay away from the Red Rooster.
MGM or Mandaly Bay are great hotels to stay at.
If your looking for non risque kinda fun you should go to fremont street at night. Although some of the street performers are dressed risque and not always in a good way but they have live street bands and it's all for free. Depending when your going in june they have Sin City 6 at the beginning of June. That's when we're going. Its a Hotel takeover. And I agree about the couples oasis but not the green door, fantases or the Red Rooster. Now I know that that somebody else is going to have an opinion different about that but just look up some reviews about them and listen to word of mouth. Have fun.
Thanks for the info. I'd definitely love to see the live street bands. We plan on going down there the second or forth week in June.
Input? Yes. Stay away from all those illegal immigrants standing on just about every single corner handing out cards. Those are NOT playing cards and you can't play Blackjack with them. And if you call the phone number on those cards THIS dude will show up!

He has some gleaming qualities to him.

Yeah, and he looks even better if you've had a couple of those huge Eiffel Tower plastic souvenir cups full of AMF's, but he'll try to take all your money and leave you with nothing but a hangover, an empty wallet...and maybe herpes.

I hear the casinos down there leave you with the same.
The jury's still out on whether or not you can get herpes just from walking in to Circus Circus.
Take the Mrs to the OG Gentleman's Club upstairs to see the men dance. They actually put on a great show (think Magic Mike). There is a cover charge, but lap dances are reasonable.
Evildoers. Sounds like your talking from experience. Lol
Ask PURRFECTLV for help
Will do. I'm sure we will come back with some stories to tell around the fire. That is if we don't get arrested. You know how Jen can get when she drinks. Just can't control that woman.
We are going the second week in June, too bad it's a family trip lol
Having been to Vegas a couple of times our recommendation is to take some sexy friends with y'all, who can "show you around " you know personal tour guide. We would be happy to help .

I have it narrowed down to Mandalay Bay, Hard Rock and Bellagio. Anyone have any input on that? We are just going down there for a good time and winging it. No real plans so to speak of. Just come home with good memories.
Belagio, you want to be walking distance to the strip. The other two are farther than you think, at the end of the night it will take out taxi lines and hassle. It sounds dumb but plan to eat, it's easy to get caught up in what your doing and not eat which isn't good for me. Couples oasis and green door are also the cheapest entertainment there.
Yeah, if you haven't experienced The Strip you'll want to be there where you can check it all out. Having said that, the pool at Hardrock is awesome and much more a party atmosphere than most other hotels. Younger, on average, demographic and better/louder music. If you want to relax definitely Bellagio. Ya wanna party? Hardrock! The rooms aren't as nice, and you're off The Strip but it's a fun place to hang if you want to 'Netflix and chill' by the pool (jk!).

The tram that goes down to Mandalay Bay is free and runs until 2:30 AM Thursday through Saturday. Other days it runs until 12:30 AM. Great restaurants, incredible buffet, and the House of Blues has a great show/concert pretty much every night. The Foundation Room has some pretty good parties that include Lifestyle events. (take a flask of whiskey, rum or whatever to help keep cost down)
The pool at the Hard Rock is worth staying at alone. The parties there are pretty hard to beat. The cab ride from the Hard Rock is $10 or it is a about a 10 minute walk from the strip. Restaurants are very good there as well.
The Bellagio is big shit show in our opinion. Cool to walk through and see the fountains but drinks and everything else are waaaayyyyyyy overpriced. I think the last time we were there the cheapest beer was about $12. We have been there enough times just hanging out and have just decided that it is not our thing)
As far as Lifestyle places go.......We have enjoyed Couples Oasis. We have not been to the RR or Green Door and doubt that we will ever go. We have heard to many bad things about both of them. The Fizz at Ceasars has meet and greets on Thursdays and Saturdays. Anybody wearing the wristbands on either of those nights will be in the Lifestyle.
Take the time to head up to Fremont and check out the free concerts and the older casinos. We have seen some great free bands up there and it is a cool place with a lot of partying. One other place that we like quite a bit is the night club at the top of the Rio.
Have a great time. We were there last weekend for 4 days and had a blast.
Oh yea.........Lee's Liquor in Mesquite is the place to stock up on alcohol. It is as cheap as you will find and they have pretty much everything you would ever want.

Well thanks everyone. Looks like the date is June 7th through the 9th at the Hard Rock. Maybe we'll see some of you down there if you venture out during the week.
Well at the last minute I looked up some stuff about the Hard Rock. Looks like you can't bring outside alcohol up to your room. What's up with that? Appears Mandalay Bay is the new destination.
Cum one, cum all.
