Can't seem to get anyone to respond about changing our profile name. Anyone out there know of any other way to get ahold of these people. Tried emails phone calls nothing. Talk about a pain in the ass. Glad I paid for this service. Any help would be great.
Have you gone to "my account" dropdown (see above) then "edit profile" then look for "my account" tab.
Yup says you have to contact admin to change it
my understanding is that is you are a couple any name changes or if you want to change your status from couple to even single male or female you have to go through the admin. don't know how much truth there is but it is just what I have heard. hope this helps some how for you. good luck
