I may be naive but the logistics of DVP are tricky enough. Not sure how one might manage TVP unless you have anatomically gifted and/or exceptionally flexible people (maybe a double amputee? midgets?) involved.
Maybe just use three dildos if you're like going for a record of how much stuff one can shove inside a pussy?
