wow someone was very thorough

Did cover a lot and if you have not read the book "Lifestyle" (s/he credits for history source) it is a good book. However in the area of films it missed at least one (OK - it was just a quick flash but a major movie). In the new "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" with Jim Carrey, directed by Ron Howard, they showed a "Key Party." On the day the Grinch was born and floating down to the town of Whoville they looked into a window and all the Whos were having a big party. As each came into the room they put their keys into a fishbowl held by a lady and in the background, while everyone was dressed, the party was more than just a friendly gathering. It was funny when we went to see this movie and saw it we both looked at each other and said "Did you see that!?!" When the DVD came out we were able to freeze the frame and yep - Ron Howard put a swinger party into a kids film and it just slipped past.
