I'm not using the mobile app..
Maybe the person who flagged you is using the App. So changing your photo to meet swingulars rule might help as well. I'm shooting in the dark here, But some one on your friends list might be using the mobile app, and didn't like your photo of your face in a girls snatch.
So getting with Admin to get the fake thing removed off you account and they can possibly trace who did this might help. Not sure not all web site have a trace issue like the game servers I play on.

In the mid to late 90s I would get the full box at Xmas as a gift and those cookies would make up more than a few of my meals in the days that followed. Then sometime in February the dryer would shrink ALL my pants at the same time. Damnedest thing.
Yes my dryer did the same thing...from the leftover cookies from our parties. Damned cheap Chinese appliances. Now I only buy Korean appliances...and avoid the cookie aisle at Smith's.
