Has anyone heard anything from Swingular Admin on the status of the chat room? It's been down for a long time, and its web cam functionality has been down even longer, and multiple requests to their support line have gone unanswered. In fact, lately all emails to their support line have been returned as undeliverable so now I'm really wondering what's going on behind the scenes. It would be nice if they would just take the 1 or 2 minutes it would take to send everyone an email telling us what's going on and how long they think it'll be before things are back to normal.
Why bother, as much as it was fun, they have and continue to make money for doing almost nothing. I get that.
they are suppose to be improving the site. So far it has gone down hill fast!

Yeah, it's hardly worth signing on anymore. I've been checking out other swinger sites to see if they look interesting. Does anyone know of any decent alternative sites? I like this site because it has a good mix of features, but that does no good if the features aren't working and the customer service is non-existent.
Not accepting support emails is especially troubling. If the administrators would just let people know what was going on it wouldn't be nearly as frustrating. I'm sure they're busy with the website changes, but on the other hand it can't take that long to write a simple status email and send it to the membership.

All of my pictures disappeared. I emailed administrators 8 days ago and still no resolution or response. To top it off I can't even upload any new pictures. Shame, this site has so much potential...
They're intergrading the systems info to a bigger newer servers aka a blade or a data realm. To do this merge gradually one into another through a series of intermediate stages or up grades. This is going to take a few months or they could do this like the gaming world get all there data ready for the new servers, shut down the site for several days to make the transaction.
They choose this slow way so people can continue to connect.
If you change your chat now feature in the bottom right corner to I'm available that turns on your IM on your profile. Now anyone can chat with you, so can your friends and you can pick who to talk to. It's more one on one and personal vs a chat room.
If it don't work right off the bat need to leave it set to I'm available for the system to lock it in on your profile once locked if 2 people have it set to I'm available and log into the web site since having issues using the phone app with it.

Also just found that in your ACCOUNT SETTINGS you need to turn on your IM to get it to work also.
