Went and got my Td Vaccine shot updated since it only good for 10 years and found out that some of my other Vaccine was out of date.

Question is how many of is lifestyle is up to date?
well I work with E-waste and cut my self a lot so had to update my td, but when I went in found out that my hepA needed renewing as well. They told me it was time to update my hepA since its only good for 10 years and even though i don't work in restaurants any more i can still get it just by eating at places so I fig to ask others in the LS if they have a clue.
We've both had boosters on our rabies and distemper vaccines.
I don't work w/ the public, though I do take transit all week long; I'm a fan of herd immunity for most things and I do a decent job of introducing new, harmless microbes to my system w/ my home-grown produce and such. I'm a damn chicken about needles.
Well if you don't like needles you may want to get to like them if you do the club scene since hep-A can come from there employees and hep-B can come from swapping sweat with your dance partner if my understanding was correct. An it's good to see how many are honest about a simple question of there personal knowledge.
Military: screening how often do they do them to keep you updated in case of deployment? That may help me keep a closer eye on my vaccines.
My Dr is good about keeping me up to date on all my vaccines. I have a hard time torturing my kids with shots if I'm not willing to do them myself. As a college student the U requires that I'm current, prove I have the antibodies, or sign something with the state declaring I won't various reasons.
After spending 20 years in the Navy, I can guarantee you all of my shots are up to date. I have even been vaccinated for things most people haven't.
