The weather is turning and hiking is amazing right now. Hit the trails today and it was awesome. Lots of flowers, colors, and fun out there. Anyone up for some hikes? Mirror Lake Highway calls....

I love hiking. Finding the time is a little more tricky. I'm going to try to get out over the next few weeks.

I live in Daniels Canyon on the way to Strawberry reservoir.. The colors are about peaking now. Mirror lake Hwy. is nice.Then at about the summit you can hike east on the Highline trail.. head for Naturalists basin.. Mt. goats on the peaks.. Moose and Elk in the timber and meadows. Lots of history in this area. For a nice colorful road trip head up hwy. 35 ( nice road )toward Hanna. Then hike into The Grandaddy lakes area.. Now you,re in the wilderness.. The elk are all bugling which is quite cool ..bears are out feeding before hibernating and about zero people .. Off the beaten path, but hey! ..Thats what its all about! Beam me up if anyone is interested ,k? Off the next 3 days.. PEACE~

It's beautiful here in midway too. I am up in the mountains so I just have to go out my front door and start hiking
