Ok all you riders! The motorcycle group has been a bit slow this summer, so thought we'd kickstart it a bit! We are planning a poker run/ rolling meet and greet sort of affair for Sunday Sept 6th....Yes..it is Labor Day Weekend. Not our first choice, but close to the only one. Sorry.

Look in the motorcycle group for discussion of it...and in the Local Events section here on the home page for more details very soon!
We are out of town that weekend otherwise we would be there
We will put it on our calendar. Look forward to meeting New Folks. And Maybe "The Evil One" can come on His Moped

Hey...we're a pretty liberal group! We'll go for about anything! lol
Just FYI - you wont be going over Guardsman pass to get from Morgan to Huntsville... you'll be going over Trappers Loop by Snowbasin.
And another FYI - Snowbasin has a Blues and Brews outdoor concert series every Sunday with live bands, food and local draft beers on tap. It's a lot of fun... you might want to make that part of the ride if you're in the area

You are absolutely right! It is Trappers Loop...I knew that, too. Senior moment, I guess. However I did NOT know about the Snow Basin Event! THAT sounds like a great place to end up! THANKS! Come on out and join us!
I wish we had a bike, but our house was more important
Are there ever single men that would want a small petite passenger?? Id love to go but .... ya

Yep...house is pretty important! Congrats!
Sure wish I could make the ride, Doctor will not let me drive or ride right now, Go back and see the doctor mid Sept to see how my health is going..... If I can not ride the rest of this year then next year I will have to make up for it. Really bums me out but I can say I am still a live and walking and it could have ended up that I was 6 feet under.
Anybody know about or plan on going to the Salty Bike Festival today? Info and website here: http://www.saltybikerevival.com/
I am going to go and check it out.

It goes until 2am so still time to go, we haven't made it over yet
Ride and details are posted in the Local Events section here...please RSVP if you are planning on going, so we can get a little bit of a count as to how many to expect! THANKS!
Almost time! WhooHoo! Thanks to all those that are getting their RSVP in! And for those of you you haven't...Do it! Looking like a nice group. Should be fun! Can't wait to meet you all!
Just one week left! Updated details are now listed on the event in the LOCAL EVENTS section here...get over there and RSVP! A few of us took this ride yesterday..Having never been to Snow Basin thought we would check it out ahead of time...This should be a lot of FUN! And the festival at Snow Basin looks to be a great time, as well! And for free? How can you beat it? If you're stuck in town on Labor Day like the rest of us here...come on out for a day, at least!
Anyone want to hook up for breakfast at Moondogs cafe in Layton before heading down to SLC. Or any other place for breakfast just send us a note.
If any single males have an extra seat, message me. I'd love to ride along.
You can have breakfast at the Barbary Coast and spend some more time getting to know some new people or chat with Old Friends and catch up on Life.
Ok thanks didn't know they served breakfast

Hello everyone... We are from Idaho and thinking about joining your group and riding Sunday if that's ok. We have never been on any of the rides but excited to join if it's ok....
Al and Lynn
Well of course it's ok! Everyone is welcome!
We will be trying to keep off the freeway as much as possible, going though town (Salt Lake) then up Emigration Canyon over East Canyon down into Morgan, along side the freeway to Snow basin ski resort at the top of Trappers loop. You can back track this same way and miss any freeways or can take I-84 down to Ogden then South on Highway 89 towards Salt Lake. Legacy Highway into town then through town home. Hope this helps as to the general directions.

We was going to go but some stuff has came up and we can't make it ????
Awww..sorry to hear that! Put up a post in the Motorcycle group for another time, and bet you find someone to ride with!
One day left to get in the wind and enjoy riding with Friends!
Just checked the forecast..... calling for 77 and mostly sunny! Whoohooo! Perfect!

Mike n Amy
LOL Thanks for the invite! But...it's a struggle for us to get going in time to get to the Barbary by 10:00! See ya there!

Doug and Tifini
We also won't be able to make it today Health issues have a safe fun ride
Thanks for organizing the ride. It was a lot of fun. We had to take off before the last stop, but hope you all had a great time Snowbasin.
It was great to meet everyone and we will definitely do it again
Sorry we had to leave early but the motor started making some noise, just when we where having so much fun. Made it home safe, looking forward to doing it again,
Thanks for the ride everyone. It was fun even on a ninja
Thanks for coming out everyone! What a GREAT turnout! Hard to count everyone, but looked to be about 20 or so bikes and 34 folks, to us! WE had a blast meeting so many new friends! We'll definitely do it again! Look for maybe another Motorcycle Group sponsored ride south in the Spring....and another northern fall ride next year! In the meantime..as usual, if anyone else wants company riding one weekend, post a note in your Motorcycle Group forum..and let's do it!

BTW...winners of the poker hands?? UFCOUPLE won $70.00 with their 3 Queens! And WINGED CROSS won $60.00 for their low hand....highest card? 8. (Unfortunately, they had to depart before the last card draw....so don't even know their lousy hand won, yet....hehehe Maybe if no one one tells them...I WIN!)
Best of times, Best of Friends, Best of Weather. Those that made the ride We thank you for making the day even better than the Weather. Hope all enjoyed them selfs and those who missed we hope to see You soon. Big Steve and Myrna!
