Joe's Stone Crab is a nice place to grab a quick bite before boarding & not that long of a drive from the port. It's not cheap though.

Actually, I just realized, this weekend is the Ultra party in Miami. All of South Beach is going to be a parking lot. Last year the traffic went over the bridges & up 95 for miles.
