So a very fun date this weekend yielded an interesting conversation. The beauty in my arms commented that she was surprised that I like to kiss her. We talked about it for a second or two before getting distracted but it got me thinking....
I can count on one hand the times over 20 years that I've found a compatible kisser of any gender (not saying they don't kiss, but that our styles were different/awkward)
So.... Anyone notice that? Are the ladies pulling a Julia Roberts' Pretty Woman and saving kisses for love? Or is it somehow awkward with new friends? Or something else?
Is it different for heterosexual pairings than bi or homosexual? Enquiring Mind Wants To Know.... This is of course an experiential question, so I won't be gathering information for a research dissertation- but why not question things in the lifestyle- just for fun.

As a male with a pierced tongue, I haven't found many women not wanting to kiss. I am a fan of passionate kissing and find it awesome to share the experience and excitement of kissing a woman. Such an exotic feeling!!
We agree Kissing is the magic that gets it going once you have established everything is a go. I like to start off slow and soft (him) and then see what the reaction is. If she is pressing and going harder then I try to match. We have been with couples that do not kiss and find it more difficult to restrain ourselves. Its not a deal breaker but is doesn't help either. Kissing is the turn on after flirting and attraction, then on to other good things.
I think maybe for some people it is the Pretty Woman thing, kissing somehow brings in a feeling of emotional attachment, and they want swinging kept on a strictly physical sexual level, keeping the emotional side just for their partner.

Mrs Sexyrider says a bad kisser most likely will be a deal breaker. It's just one of those things she really really likes and has to be part of the package.
We've found that kissing does the trick when it comes to starting the sexual engine! Doing anything without it for us would be a turn off.
Kissing is by far one of my favorite activities but there isn't nothing more that turn me off more then a bad kisser. Usually I'll try to correct it for them and if not then I'm done with it and will stop doing it and move on to other activities

Well, I am not that experienced and can easily count on one hand the girls I have kissed since beginning this curious lifestyle. However, the women I have kissed have been sensual, passionate and really good kissers. I don't have the experience and may just be naive, but I think that I probably wouldn't be very interested in a woman who didn't want to kiss me and I think my wife would feel the same.
