Just a FYI if you put your username on a business card when you meet someone you can hand them a card and they will be able to remember you in the morning.
Most printers these days will print business cards. You just need to buy the paper stock (walmart carries them) and then get a template off microsoft office webpage.
We use to do this and it helped with foggy brain syndrome.

We were at the event May 1. I was at the door handing out wristbands and the Mr joined later. We met a lot of fun people!! Hope to chat more soon.

Sinful Saturday's throws rave party's 3-4 times a year. Our next one is coming up in April. You don't have to be invited but they are single female/couple parties so if your a single male you just need to grab a date. Keep an eye on the local party section for upcoming parties.
it was fun we had to leave early to go meet up with some friends for some fun though. we'll have to come to the next one as well

I was in the colorful bikini and black fishnet suit, the Mr. was in a neon shirt and hat. It was a great time, thanks to the hosts! And thanks to all the awesome peeps!

People in their 40s at a Sinful Saturdays Rave? The one time I did one of those, it seemed most everybody was in their 20s or NOT late 30s. Granted, I went with someone not the Mrs. mainly to meet the guy she was meeting there (our only rule - she doesn't play with anyone I haven't met, I'm kinda protective and maybe a little paranoid where she's concerned). And granted once I'd met him I just kinda sat around and can't claim to have like socialized much. But still. It did seem it was prety much all the "young" crowd, folks who didn't have much interest in someone who looks in his 40s.
Come to think of it, the last couple years, having been kinda strange, might soon have me looking my actual age finally, and if that happens I probably better just give up.

Single females/couples only? OMG, what a strange, unheard of thing. Sorry, I just couldn't resist. (I have tons of sympathy for single males, with a combination of work scheduloes and illness having essentially made me one of them more often than not lately. In fact, I think t's been almost a year now since I've been anywhere, parties OR events.) ~ Terry
