We live in an upscale neighborhood in a 5 bedroom 3 level house.
We only use the master and kitchen, leaving 4 bedrooms going to waste. So pick the room you like.
We don't really want to rent out 4 rooms, but would be fine renting a person / couple whatever a room or two, tons of storage options.
