ok, so she loves to get crazy with the glow paints, but the only ones we tried so far while fun were quite lame.

Just make sure the delivery system is robust enough. We prefer a powerful paintball gun. It's a little harder to apply in smooth even patterns and it may cause a little more bruising but it's WAY more fun than using a paint brush and doesn't tickle nearly as much. 
We do not know the make nor the tools used, but have been to events where body painting was conducted. There was neon black light paint, and we took part in having our bodies painted, it was by professionals, so i think if you want to get that done, make sure it's done by professional. We both were 100% naked, and people outside the party on the street and beaches thought at first we were wearing super super skin tight outfits, but upon upclose viewing can tell

well we were looking to invite over some friends and cut loose with some paint. Doubt it would be possible to have a professional at our house all the time. I will keep looking.

Liquid latex comes in glow colors and can be applied using an airbrush. You just have to increase the tank pressure and make sure you have the proper nozzle cleaner to avoid a very difficult cleanup.
