We have a room at the Marriott Springhill inn. Not to far from the venue.

We'd be interested in knowing where everyone is staying.

Once again I'm forced to display my abysmal ignorance. But I DO have an excuse, I hadn't been in the lifestyle since back when it was usually called wife swapping and most of the things that happen now just didn't exist then. Like this site, the parties on it, or, for that matter, the internet. And we just started here a few months ago. So sometimes people talk about things that make me scratch my head and say, "Huh?" This time I'm saying "After Party?" I kind of had the impression that the Night Before WAS the party, sort of a really big house party. I mean, an after party makes sense after something like the Halloween Ball, which is just a big, sort of partified meet n greet, but an after party after what sounds like a real party?

OK, we'll be staying in SLC after, I guess at the Marriot since that seems to be some folks' choice (I never needed a room in SLC, I lived there until moving to Ogden, and didn't have a need after that until we joined Swingular, so I figure everyone else knows better than I do) but whatever after party there is will be in individual rooms, and not knowing anyone on the RSVP list (well, except one couple) we sure don't expect any invites, but things that just don't make any sense drive me crazy. It'd be awful nice if someone explained. ~ Terry

Thanks. I sorta figured, but we're still maneuvering through all this, my experience back in the dark ages isn't worth much nowadays. Hell, 7 months ago I didn't even know what a Unicorn was, there didn't used to be such a term. Or, for that matter, enough single girls for there to even be a term. I doubt we'd be able to spot you guys, but Dana ought to be easy to pick out, knowing her she'll be in some kind of obviously '50s dress, and I might possibly be the only guy in the place with pretty long hair and a beard. Of course, we might not be together, somehow she always ends up off somewhere with someone(s) way before I do. Gee, I wonder why. If you see us, please say hi. Be nice to finally meet someone who's actually in Ogden, the closest we've come so far, except online, is Clearfield.

P.S. If you look at the few pics we have, I do look like mine, but the hair's brown now. It's one of those changeable things. I'm gonna try red one of these days, if I ever figure out how to make the beard go with it. ~ Terry

Sheesh, that's an easy one, you just look for those little "hang tag" things that you hang on the door knobs. Look for the ones that say, "Please disturb."

Gosh, I don't think the Marriott has distributed THOSE tags to the rooms yet. Can't understand why not, though. ~ Terry

After parties are the best! Hope to meet up with some of you hot ones!

We have a hotel suite right next to the after party that KNR84088 is having at the orchard place house. Bout half a mile from the Manor Party. We will be out and about, hit us up for details.
