The IM (instant messages) used to be a nice feature of this site.
They haven't been working, they don't even appear as an option in any of the browsers I've tried.
Also, the chat rooms don't have thumbnails for the couple profiles and the cams are not working. It gives an error about not being able to stream from the server.
We assume this is due to the move to the secure server.
Can this be addressed?
It seems to be affecting whether couples come to the site anymore.

I dunno but while you're contacting ADMIN about webchat please also write your representatives (oops, threw up in my mouth a little bit typing that word) to let them know that you support net neutrality. It's going to become an all our war with the corporate puppets spouting scary buzzwords calling net neutrality "Obamacare for the internet". Also, if you want a laugh, Google and read Matthew Inman's (The Oatmeal) letter to Rafael "Teddy" Cruz about net neutrality.
