After all of these years I can still get a goose bump when I hear the Marine Corps Music and still watch our movies whenever they are on. I enlisted in 1968 and can still vividly remember my first day... Semper Fi to all of my Marine Brothers and Sisters.
So many have and are sacrificing so much so that we, as a "free" Nation can feel safe, free, and proud...
Free because of the brave!

Here's to the men in Tun Tavern, and all our brothers and sisters who followed, and I toast my brothers looking down and watching over me for the last 31 years since that fateful morning in Beruit. I reflect upon our times together often my friends, save me a barstool for when I come home,
and until that day keep an eye and a smile aimed my way as you see me enjoy living life to the fullest for us all.
