I am getting really frustrated with the seeming lack of interest whoever runs this site has in making it work right. Cams have not worked in chat for more than two weeks now and I, as well as some others, have complained to so-called "Support" and not even gotten any replies. This is inexcusable. Someone could at least post an explanation about why the cams are down, and maybe even an estimate as to when they'll be working again. The error box says there's no connection to the streaming server. If there's a separate server for processing streaming video, is it broken? If so, please tell us. Or tell us if the problem is something else.
I've heard that some people have abandoned the site because of this problem. I don't know if that's true or not, but I can see where it could be. Not only do some people like to use cam for playing, but many people like to just see who they're talking to, either on screen or through microphones. Add in the fact that admin remains completely silent and for some unknown reason won't tell anyone anything, and I can understand why some people might decide to just go elsewhere.
On another topic, this site has a feature I have never run into at any of the dozens of various sites I've used foe different things online. The site will automatically sign you out, without any warning, after a certain period of time. Every single other site I know of which has an auto sign off ONLY signs you off if you haven't made any kind of input after some certain period, and even then they give you a warning that you are about to be logged off. THIS site signs you off at a certain time after you logged in no matter what you have been or still are doing. So if you've been signed on too long and then type an email to someone, when you click on send you can discover you've been signed out and need to log back in. And since there's no "draft" function that saves what you type until you send the email, you have to start it all over again from the beginning. The site will also do this to you if you're typing in the Forum, whether you're starting something new or posting a reply to an existing topic. It seems the only way you can be sure you won't be cut off in the middle of something, and lose everything you've typed, is to log off and than log back in just before you start writing. This is ridiculous. If every other site in the world that uses an auto log off can monitor whether or not you're actually doing anything, and only log you off after some period of complete inactivity, it cannot require some esoteric, incredibly expensive, software to do so.
FIX THE CAM FUNCTION IN CHAT!!!!!! STOP LOGGING PEOPLE OFF WHEN THEY'RE ACTIVELY TYPING AN EMAIL OR A POST!!!!!

the auto log off issue came up awhile ago and it was found that the persons computer was the problem not the site... and seeing this never happens to me I would believe this to be the same problem here...
We've never had a problem with the site. Even on mobile. Not to mention, I don't know of any other sites out there that give a lifetime membership for this low of a cost. We have met more fantastic people through this site than any other.

So very true. I've had a few problems over the years with this site. But all in all, worth the 1 time fee and not a monthly fee for a trash site.
What really pisses me off are all the pop up ads. I mean how many times do I have to see BIGWIENER4U's big wiener pop up in a window covering the profile I was perving and telling me there are hot horny guys just waiting for me to call? Don't EVEN get me started on the ads for penile enlargement. How do THEY know how large my penis is...or isn't?

Sure there are great people here. Sure it's cheap. And I don't want all kinds of bells and whistles, I just want the stuff that's supposed to work to work. And if it doesn't work, especially for a long time, WHY can't admin at least tell us what the problem is? This silence on the cam issue is what really has me frustrated.
And the auto logoff thing was really just an aggravating afterthought. If it's come up before and it was a person's computer's issue, someone must know what it was. Whoever that someone is, I'd be grateful if you could let me know about it.

Been trying to contact the Website owner myself for a couple of months with an issue...no success, yet! LOL But I'm hanging in there! As many have said...for the money...you really can't beat this place. And..all in all..it has worked great for us! Met a lot of good friends here!

I might suggest that what is happening to you is that you loose your internet connection and do not notice it but the site does. Your computer would act in just the way you have described if that were so. But almost anything is possible.

I share frustrations. Features broke for extended time, no support available. If you mention it in a forum people are all over you. I think they typically have been more functional than down, but as of the last year that isn't the case anymore. I don't see it changing, I guess the only option is to find or create a new alternative. I mean its not rocket science. They have some cool features, but over all, forums, user profiles, chat. then add from there. I don't know I have just found I come here less and less this year as nothing ever works.
