when we went a couple years ago, the vip tables were basically the only seating...but they were basically just round tables set up with folding chairs around them...just guarantees that you will have somewhere to sit.

This year we will actually have a Main Play Suite for invited guests to play in. If you'd like to play in private, you can get a hotel room and play there.
We've not been to a local party for awhile - looking forward to Saturday Night :-)

Don't know, there should be a shuttle and the after party is at the Sheraton which was the deciding factor for us.

From what I've read, I'm pretty sure the after party is limited to people who either have their own room at the hotel (It's only $89 if you get it through the Ball) or who are invited by someone who has a room.

Sorry we haven't gotten back to your questions sooner. This is one of our largest productions of the year.
1. The event will be held in the concert venue, The Complex 536 West 100 South SLC, Utah.
2. This year is mostly live music. There will be a DJ during band breaks.
3. At this moment we have a block of 36 rooms booked at the Sheraton hotel. Room Confirmations should all go out today
4. The After Party will be held in a large suite at the end of the hall. Guests staying at the hotel and their guests are all invited to the After Party.
5. We usually have our own party buses for transportation. Unfortunately they have not returned from out of state. So we are currently working on other transportation alternatives.
6. As far as Security goes. We own our own security company. So security will be our Black Ops Crew.
7. There will also be a Mix and Mingle at 8pm in the Hotel bar.

I have always enjoyed the halloween party at the complex but the pre party and after party are my favorite. If you go to their party you will not be disappointed.

We are bummed we can't make this party this year, it was our favorite party last year.

The Mix and mingle is open to anyone since it is at a public facility (Sheraton Bar). The after party at the Sheraton is also open to other like minded peeps. The block of rooms are secluded, but still the hallways are public. So if on goes to another party, they can stop by and hook up with "friends" if all so agree. Many will come to the Sheraton around midnight to join in the fun. Most couples will leave their doors unlatched (Doors left wide open signals "anyone can come" in with respect), doors propped slightly open usually signals "voyeurs or looky-louers", but must be invited to come in).
The Orgy room is for ticket and Sheraton invitees only " unless accompanied by an invited guest.
