we love going for a drive in the vette and think it would be fun to go for a ride with other like minded people there are lots of bike rides how many have sports car and would like to go
I sold my MR2 for a Jeep.....instead of a sports car can I bring my jeep. Don't wont my jeep to think she is not good enough. She is a sweetheart haha!

Definitely doesn't have to be a bow tie. We have one of each in the garage, Dodge, Ford, & Chevy. Your Mustang is nice(so is the wife). Maybe we all should start a swingers car club. Haha
lets make this happen just a suggestion we could meet in Manila UT and go around Flaming Gorge reservoir to Rock Springs Beautiful drive one of our favorites.

Its about the fun and the friends, but we couldnt follow you up a dirt road, just saying.
The drive to the Gorge is a long ways, all day deal in these old cars, its a nice drive and dont want to leave anybody out but with this heat and that far we are asking for a breakdown from someone, newer car no problem but these old hot rods?
I had a little closer idea but could leave the wyo couple to drive a long ways to.
SLC up to PC and around to echo res and down to morgan then to Ogden. Lunch in coalville or morgan, those that want to go up Ogden canyon and then back down could, those that wanted to go up I 80 and around could.
Hard to make it perfect for everyone.
Just my idea.

You just described my biggest complaint with my "old" hot-rods. Hubby sold my '65,'66' & '67 stangs and bought me this "06 GT and had enough left over to buy himself a matching '08 Shelby GT convertible. We love taking some of the scenic road trips here in AZ and wish we were closer.

We are good with where ever the group wants to go just brought up Gorge trip because it is a nice drive. Our car runs good and we drive it, the only thing is no AC guess that means it becomes a topless ride a little earlier lol Dam the sacrifices Mrs country has to make sometimes!!!!
When we saw "the Gorge", we got excited! Down our way that means the Virgin River Gorge. Not worried about the drive for ours, just the time to make it up and do the drive.

Couple 40, are you planning this? I would suggest setting up a local event, tell us the route, and the meeting place to start, and time to meet. Looking forward to doing this. Great Idea!!!
