I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 a couple of months ago and I don't post very often. I made a post and noticed my profile picture missing. I checked my pics, and none of them show up and my profile doesn't show up.
I checked other people's profiles and they pull up no problem.
Is it just me, or are others having issues seeing their own profiles.

Hmmm. Well, I guess that answers that. 
I'll send something to admin then... Doubt this will get resolved anytime soon.
Obviously this was done by people who have met us and want to make sure no one else gets to meet us!

I have heard of this problem with the newer phones. It is how they load the uploaded folder. One of my friends said it is not compatible with her phone. She received and email from admin. So she had to upload on a desktop or something with clearer imaging guidelines.
They do try to update the system on here but, takes time to get all the code and figure right with the new phones and apps hitting nearly every day.

These pics have been uploaded since last year from my old phone with no problems before, so I don't know why they would suddenly be corrupt. I've never loaded pics with this phone.
And I can see others profiles and pictures ok, just not my own.

I can see you, and a new profile pic, nice. So the virus I sent you to get you to reload all your pics got us some new in the proses. Just what I wanted.

Yeah, you know how it is. Took that one about a month ago, just never got around to uploading it.
Thanks for letting me know. Looks like we're fixed.For any members who have this issue in the future - our pictures didn't show up except as lines of code with warnings and failed messages. I couldn't see the pictures to do anything with them. By getting on my laptop, I guessed at hitting "select all", and even though I couldn't see anything, it responded as if it had selected the pictures. Then I hit, "Delete all". Once I did this with the public and private pics, my profile was visible again. Then I loaded some of my pictures back up and all seems good again.
Again - thanks for everyone's help/suggestions. Looks like it is resolved!!!

Apparently, if you need admin support, all you have to do is look in the mirror!

Well, it happened again. And, I managed to fix it in the same manner as last time, luckily. Had to re-add some pics.
We are fairly busy, and we aren't super active, however, it would be nice if our profile was there and working when we do find time for this.
I'm extremely disappointed in our admin. I sent a few emails when this originally happened, asking for help with our profile corruption. I ended up being able to fix it myself and some playing around, and I fixed it again this time. I went back and checked - they never even read the original emails I sent weeks ago. Pretty bad.
Hopefully, this isn't affecting too many other people, but if so, read the fix I posted earlier in the thread.

Please send a ticket in to support. I'm not sure that the admin account ever gets monitored.
I fixed it again and it seems to have remained fixed for now.
I have an idea of what causes it. But it's just a guess.
Anyway, hopefully it is good to go now.

Aye Tech support is where issues need to be addressed, not admin. Admin pays for the web service, that company has tech support to fix, well, Tech issues.
