And then theres the matter of the pictures they have 1-2 public photos meh thats cool but then you look at private and theres 1-4 pics and you can't see anything cause there blurred or they look like an internet porn ad picture I mean come on if you want to hook up put up some pictures let people know what ya like what ya want and don't friend request people if you don't have a complete profile you look shady damnit get a grip your in the LS world if someone reconizes you on the site that means they looked at the site and have an obvious curiosity now being disceet is of major importance here but my hell I like to meet other people I love posting private pictures for our friends to see so in short FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE AND THROW UP SOME PRIVATE PICS or piss off

I agree about people having only one pic, usually a close up of a body part and nothing else. Pretty easy to skip.
However, we don't post face pics on these sites. Sites get hacked. We have no problem sending pics once we've decided to start talking with someone. If the only effort someone is going to make to contact and get to know us is by sending a blind friend request, then they aren't going to get much.

We're not new here we changed our profile cause we caught a stalker so ya this profile pretty new and we work full time so we haven't had time to fully set it up but no matter the point is we realize our profile is 1 public pic but we have a ton of private and adding more when I get time so I'll take the "hippocrit" tag for now

Those that don't or won't post pics we consider Bogus, sorry we all have lives and so forth but if you aren't going to allow others to see you, REALLY? We are on this site as well as Swinglifestyle and Kasidie all under the same screen name and sometimes with the same pictures, however certain sites allow you more freedom than others. We also guest host at our local Lifestyle Club and post events on all of the sites when we are hosting, so we aren't hard to find, meet or get to know. After all isn't this an Adult Social Site? The idea being to meet others who are like minded? Just sayin!
I wish there were dates on pics.... im sick of meeting up with people only to find out that they have pics from their 20s. Are in their mid 40s and look like they are late 50s..... not that age is a huge deal... I just feel lied to.

Another pet peeve is someone telling me to check out their profile and respond if we think we're a match. Profile explains that they are new to the Lifestyle and exploring new things... but I see they've been a member since 2010.
People make it really hard to get a good first impression of them.

Also, it's extremely hard (make that impossible) to interpret any kind of normal communication cues (voice inflection, facial expression, body language, etc.) from a few lines of text. That's why they invented CAPS and those stupid little smiley faces. And even then it's not always easy to tell exactly how a person intended a message to come across. We ALL often read things into written messages that simply aren't there. Try not to take it personally.

Well said...agree totally! Also some jobs have less risk of exposure. To some very little retribution for exposure...for others it could be a major career issue. This is where we insert the 'put yourself in other's shoes' comes into play.

Evildoers is correct sometimes we all take this to seriously (ourselves included). As we have already stated those blank non photo profiles we just consider bogus and move on. Concerning the posting about dated pictures, well for us we attend LS events and guest host certain ones, so finding out if our pictures are actually us is easy to do, just attend.
Like many we are on multi sites, one of the features that Swingular does that we don't care for is the friend allowed to see private pictures. Other sites we are on don't have this which is why we are so selective on who is our friends here. The other sites we are on allow us to add or delete access to our private pictures without affecting the friend link.

Because of our location (Las Vegas, NV) we are always getting the famous email "Coming to Vegas" and frankly on this site we have met very few even fewer wish to voice verify if wanting to meet us outside an event we are attending. For us the simple way is always the best, if we exchange emails we are here to meet in person if you cant or wont well we get bored and just put a period and move on.
