Working out and being fit has its advantages during sex. Everyone has their own definition about what being fit is and how they want to workout. We have been with those that do and those that don't but we always prefer those that are HWP. He is really turned off by a woman with too much around the waist. Our stamina and sexual appetite are enhanced by staying in shape but it requires a lot of time and effort and we understand not everyone has that.

Thick or thin, short or tall. Everyones beautiful in their own way. I work out on a regular because I like to stay fit yet everyones built differently.The key thing here is to not settle for anything less than what you are attracted to.
Most likely everyone finds beauty in different body shapes and sizes. I mean everyone has their preference right. If you maintain a larger body size than me and feel healthy thats great, it just might not be my preference. Others really like that and thats okay also.
I have been lucky enough to be thin for most of my life but when I started working out and lost weight I felt better and I had more confidence in the way I looked. Everyone has to decide for themselves, but if you have ever seen fat obese people sitting in a doctors office you know that these people just don't care or have not found the right motivation. Sometimes its something else.
Working out, eating right definitely have been beneficial in many ways especially in our sex life.

I'm not lacking anything. Infact I was positive I would catch hell. People have a huge misconseption about this lifestyle. We are here for US (just like the op ) its sad that people can't handle truth about weight issues. I could care less what you think about my compinsation either... I'm quite happy in my life.
As a single guy in this scene. I think it's essential to be fit. I don't necessarily mean rock hard abs and an ass you can bounce a quarter off of, but certainly not having extra giggly parts is essential. Honestly, as a single guy, you're a sex toy used to augment a couples sex life, so ya better be an attractive one. Honestly, I got to be out of shape for a while, and I didn't even attempt to be active in this seen because I knew it was a lost cause. And since there are so many single guys, ya better be courteous and know how to respect boundaries. If you're lucky, you'll find a couple or two that will have a somewhat regular relationship with you that's based on sex. One nudist place that I went to out west had a high percentage of large people. It was kind of laughed about amongst the locals. When I said something about going skinny dipping, one of the regulars commented that they didn't do that there, instead of a skinny dip, they went for a chunky dunk. The people there all seem to be enjoying themselves. They were all well adjusted individuals. I actually had a great time there. It's not for everyone, but for many people that environment is a very good thing.
