My two cents: Full swap is sex with a couple's partners or adding a single person. Soft swap could be oral with the other couple's partner, watching and being watched, maybe limited contact. Just depends on the couple's comfort level and what they want to do.
I do agree with deliciouslywet, full swap is super duper fun.
As a Single male I have been invited in to many different scenarios. In my opinion, It's all good and fun.
