Most of the other meet and greets are on Fridays because there are some many parties on Saturday Nights !!!!!! Hope you get a good turn out there is a lot of St Patties parties the same night.

I didn't ask for your opinion!! It's an Ogden meet and great and the majority that would be from Ogden wanted it to be a Saturday night with an after party at 11:00 So worry about West Jordan meet and greats BADBOY LOL I doubt everyone on the site can get into the party in SLC anywho.

Well maybe you two can hook up in West Jordan. Just because SLC has something going doesn't mean the rest of the state drops what its doing and watches. I have been throwing party's for years, at the Sundance film festival and more. The first one is always a flop anyway until the folks see one happen then they get feedback and the next one is a success. No Rach I take hell on here every time I open my keypad. I will stand up for this one. A certain group go to the big party's and that's fine. But I have herd allot of people say that they go the Mansion and they sit and they don't get the time of day because they aren't Ken @ Barbie. We like the idea of a closer meet and greet, but we are happy to travel down south also.
We have been to the bigger parties and we are not "Ken & Barbie" and still had a blast. The host of these parties work very hard and they have always made us feel welcome.
We may not agree with some of the people that host events but that isn't going to stop us from meeting new people.

To tell the truth, I am still looking forward to the Ogden meet and greet. Being very new makes all of the big partys rather intimidating. I think it should be nice to have a group of locals to meet, even if it's a small group. Thank you for setting this up.

A northern Utah M&G is a great idea, no disrespect to Dusty, ik he tried to set it up (A for effort) but I gotta side with Rach on this one. A titty bar is definitely NOT the place for a M&G. There has been a lot of interest towards a northern Utah M&G group and Dusty seems to be the only one that has been vocal about doing something about it. I am friends with the resident manager of a local storage company who says there is a large 2 bd apartment with a large deck w e could use, to make it a little more personal and takes all the guess work out of the public venues at bars or w/e (are they just patrons or are they here for the event) but we (jade and i) thought meeting at a storage place would be a bit creepy, unless you need a place to hide some bodies.
Yeah allot of people talk and are quick to make a jab but it's allot of work setting these things up for the host the club owner for little or no payment. So I would love to see someone else take a whack at it. I will out my efforts toward other clubs and venues. One love people!!!

Thank you ! For what it's worth I have had art shows and things of that nature at The Tuscany Gardens in Roy. They were charity auctions so they didn't charge me so I don't know the price but sure you would have to pay. Upstairs and down dance floor and it's cozy. I just though the shaker bar because it was free and they would cater a little. LOL

I could throw a banging party that all could enjoy but it's hard to have a trashy yet sophisticated, whine drinking PBR bonging gathering all wrapped up into one. It's either one or the other. So if I do I will have to ignore all those that have conflicting plans or don't like the location or cant pay a 10 $ cover or what ever.
