we were in Rome last year, so much to do, hope you have at least a couple of weeks to spend.
Dream vaca for the mr! Soak it all in. .. so much history. ..food.... culture!
We will be in venice and rome this summer. I like venice the best. So quiet and in the evenings the city is deserted after the cruise ships and tourists leave the island. Can do whatever you want almose anywhere.
Rome, busy busy, though we did get some nude pictures all over the city. no one even looked at us.

We will be Venice this summer, but only for a couple days. Any suggestions on "must see" or "must do"?
We will be in Venice in August..
hi, my lady lived in Italy for five years, she did a lot of traveling on her time off, her favorite place to visit was pompei, if your interested in chatting with her send us a message back , im sure she could make some more fun suggestions of places to see, cheers Ron and chalamar
We loved Poompei. We got there about 8:30 in the moring and walked around the entire city naked, had sex in the baths, general debautchery for about 2 hours before all the tourists started showing up in mass.
sounds like a crazy fun time, can't wait
Near Pisa is the walled city of Luca. Check out the concerts there

Just off the coast of Venice is the Island of Murano, where some of the world's most beautiful hand blown glass is made. Take a vaparetto ride to get there. If someone offers you a "free ride to the museum that they can get you because they are friends with the people that work there", be aware that they are sending you to a group of high pressure sales men in a large overpriced glass shop that has a small corner where you can see glass horses made for about a minute & a half. After you leave that place, the prices down the street are much better for the same quality.
See St. Mark's square & be sure to view the artwork inside the church there.
Wander the back streets. Buy a few of the hand made masks to bring home. They can be quite the conversation piece at Halloween parties. Each classic mask type has a story behind it. The history of masks in Venice is a whole story all by itself.
You will get better food for better prices if you go a block or two away from the grand canal.
Check the weather forecast before you go. It may be advisable to bring waterproof boots.
You really don't need to find a swing club there. The locals are hot blooded enough when you pick them up at a cafe. "Ciao Bella" is usually a good first greeting for a beautiful woman. "Molto Lietto" is the better response when you are introduced to someone new. The standard "piacherri" tends to receive a cooler response.
Let me know if you have specific questions about the area or if you want a greater degree of detail about anything.
