I mentioned I know the owner of club wet and they have an upstairs that's semi quiet. He used to let us play poker up there. So I will set in up for Thursday nights.

Weekdays could be tricky for work and anyone with kids as far as sitters, etc.

Friday or Sat nights would be alot better for me. Weekdays are tough to do. I will absolutely be there on a Fri or sat. That's my penny's worth.

Yes it's looking like the majority want the weekend. I am just waiting on a reply as to what night Fri or Sat.
Sat is typically nicer since you've had time to relax for the day, vs. getting off from a long day at work, etc.
I'm sure either day is fine, but Sat has usually ended up being easier to get to.
I would also suggest scheduling the first one a couple of weeks out. Not everyone checks the site everyday. Allow people time to see the event coming up, see who is signing up, get baby sitters lined up, spread the word and build interest.
Again, just my two cents. If it ends up on a Fri. that is fine as well.

No I completely agree and I want it to be every ones decision not just mine or theirs.

Starshell said it best I think. Saturday would most likely be the best. Give people a chance to relax during the day instead of having to fly out right after work. Makes more sense to us. Also is this gonna be monthly, every 2 weeks, or....?
With enough notice (approx. a week) we will plan on being there also. We could do Friday or Saturday, and some Thursdays.

also try to schedule them on the weekend that K&K isn't having theirs... this way you get more people turning out instead of people trying to decide which one they want to go to..
If you guys are going to set this up, will you make an event on the home page? This forum doesn't tell me updates so I basically have to find it and read a bunch to see if it was a go. The event would be awesome. I definitely check those often. Thanks!!! Hope it's a fun one!
