We have been listening to Vivid radio on XM radio. There has been a lot of talk on the "V" and what is preferred and why. So I thought I would ask here in the LS.
So here is the question:
How do you prefer/like your "V" to look and why? Why do you prefer that way over others? Here are a few of the ways mentioned:
1) Completely shaved
2) Shaved with a small landing strip
3) Bush (wild)
4) Shaped /trimmed full bush
5) Shaped/trimmed bush with the "under carriage" shaved
This is open to both sexes.

On our side we both like it shaved. It always adds to the fun of oral and the feel for play is just so much nicer than having to plow through the prickly patch to get to the gold..
2 and 5. I prefer to see what I eat, lol..

Yep. Nothin' like a shaved bare cooter to make me feel like a skeevy perverted uncle ogling my niece in the shower or something. We're SO over the whole prepubescent genital look. If God had wanted us to all look like Abercrombie & Fitch models he would have given us built in speakers to blast annoying house music and made us reek of cheap "designer" cologne. Sure, trim the hedge a little bit but show us you've at least hit puberty, m'kay? 
I would personally have to disagree with Evildoer, sorry but "that 70's muff" has got to stay where it belongs, in 70's porn. The last thing I enjoy is flossing my teeth with some sexy ladies pubes. Gimme a 1,2 and maybe a 5, but please keep it neat and tidy. I love the feel of flesh on flesh, without the pesky pubes taking away from the slick SINsation of tongue on "V"
And of course this is only my "the hubby" opinion, but my V certainly agrees.
Of course to each their own and evildoer nice spin with the "pervy uncle" thing, did have a good point (and hilarious analogy) with that line. All said, enjoy and appreciate that special "V" always and often.

I the Mrs. personally think that 3 and 4 are not quite my thing either.I have had the landing strip, been bare and been trimmed with the under carriage shaved. I have tried the laser, but with my natural hair color there is little to no pigment. So alas it was a total failure on any of my body hair..As far as the husband is concerned I think he feels the same liking 1,2 or 5. He isn't much for floss either.But if there is a trimmed patch it cant feel like a Brillo pad, or be poky either...

we are both completely shaved. We prefer to floss in the bathroom using dental floss.
Ok Evil, I'm gonna copy your post and re-post it on that other site so "RICHARD" can read you the riot act for bringing up "The Myth". All this time I thought you were in agreement with him about this. Any way we prefer shaved or landing strip no more than that. However if you have more than that and you want an in person opinion I am glad to perform a taste test for both of our benefits.
LOL I can count on one hand the things RICHARD and I are in agreement about. We actually met them in Vegas at an LSO convention a number of years ago. Interesting....lol

I prefer the genital area to be trimmed short, but not so short it's pokey (like some horrible goatees I know), and not so long that it gets stuck between teeth or on a tongue. I keep mine trimmed because it guards against chaffing. Shaving is a pain and red bumps are a bitch. Plus I don't want to guess if your razor burn is actually a herpe or not. Lol Hair helps keep lube where it belongs instead of running down your legs onto the sheets. I'm with Evildoers on this one.
I don't judge those who prefer it waxed or shaved, as I'll shave from time to time. Maybe I'm just funny about hair. I don't mind body hair, but don't dig the bald head look AT ALL and don't like goatees. Sideburns.. The bushier the better. Genitals..neatly trimmed!

Hmm..for the Mr here...prefer a little patch of something just above...just seems damn sexy to me. For Mrs Tiffnd, tho? She prefers them like hers...bare. Yep. But we are both pretty agreeable to most anything short of the sasquatch thing...as long as hygene is obvious..lol Have to say...not exactly old timers here, but everyone we've been with, up to now, has been quite acceptable in that area! We prefer well groomed. Shaved clean is a bit weird to us. Seems almost adolescent for us so we don't care for it.

I am a 3-5 man, I feel like the trend is shifting back to full blown bush with the lips shaved. I see it when I am with some women in their mid twenties, also with some porn stars now.

As far as on others, male or female the less hair the better!!shaved bare comments are interesting because stubble sure doesn't qualify as "bare" to us (and, it seems stubble is pretty tough to avoid unless you're downtown within a few hours of shaving) . . . then there is razor rash that often goes along with shaving - and again, "the rash" and "bare" don't equate for us anyway . . .
We still like shaved after all these years. He is now with a small patch but I am still bare down there.

Mrs. here: I my self like myself to be 4) Shaped /trimmed full bush but for "playdates" I like 5) Shaped/trimmed bush with the "under carriage" shaved, and if I was brave (and had money) I would get it lazered that way. I don't like being bare.

well we like 1 but 2 is also ok, we just don't want to break out our lawn equipment before we really have to.
Shaved is my preference, but I like them all quite well. And some very fine photos in the thread might I say. Makes he hungry and horny
Nothing beats the full Brazilian laser treatment like Suzie has. Zero up keep. Hopefully big 70's bushes don't come back into fashion. We'll have to look into a Bosley beaver plug or the likes.
