After attending the last "mansion party" that was held at a conference center, we decided PUBLIC events were not for us. So prior to purchasing tickets to the SKS we asked private or public venue.
Looking at the party info it clearly states private venue. Today the location was distributed. So the "Private Venue" turns out to be a conference center. With this warning attached to the information;
"We cannot allow nudity or lewdness at the events. Please take those activities to one of the after parties or your own hotel room. This is a No-Tolerance policy and breaking this will result in immediate dismissal."
Private or Public? You tell us....
I'm sure it will be great. Just venting. To us a private venue is privately owned, not publicly rented and subject to inspection by fire, police, management at any time.

We agree completely!
One thing we remind our self is that these are public events. They are advertised not solely to swingers or lifestyle groups. They can be found on facebook and other public sites.
We love these big events and will still attend some of them, however if you are looking for private we would suggest you stick to house parties.

That's why we only do house party private parties... If you wana let loose, you can!!! That and paying seems well over rated!!

I sure as hell hope you're not talking about the LifestyleManor Xmas party, because if you are, we need to talk!! I guess you never went up to the upper level. There were more people having sex, and getting naked then you could shake a stick at. That's because it was a PRIVATE venue for the night.
We had our own security and staff and we owned the place!
People were free to get as wild as they wanted. AND THEY DID!! Nobody was told that they had to take their "activities" to a Hotel.
We don't post here very often but we will clarify when needed, and defend the hard work and efforts that we go to when deciding on a venue for our events.
I can't speak to any of the other party groups and what they do.
We ONLY promote to people in the Lifestyle and don't even use Facebook or other social networking sites.
