First off congrats!!! Also, let me start but just giving you my 2 cents on something....I think pregnant women are very very sexy! I never thought I would say that until E became pregnant and let me tell you i look at pregnant women in a whole new light!! I think if she is willing and ready you should go for it! You do need to take the neccessary precautions that you would normally but really dont think that you would need to worry about hurting the baby. As she explained it, she wasn't willing to expose herself to new risks. This lifestyle has risks, so as long as someone is willing to play it safe, it shouldn't be a problem.
I think it also has a lot to do with a woman's body image. Some think of themselves as unattractive while pregnant. It really depends more on individual choice more than anything.

Thanks for your thoughts. We have a group of friends that we play with and it has been amazing watching her with them. My biggest concern is that someone will get a little carried away and hurt her or the baby. Can an extremely large penis used too rough cause any harm? For the most part though most of the guys are extra careful with her.

They had a doctor's report or such on one those health shows. The Dr stated that as long as there was no pain then to have fun. Also size does not really matter because it's not hitting the baby (which is higher up). However it would be wise to limit any heavy weight hitting the baby...normally the mother to be will find the weight as a discomfort so it all comes down to physical comfort level.
It is wise to also continue using protection for the safety of the mother and future newborn (which some STD's can be transmitted to them when they are being birthed)

Babies are well protected form harm, and unless she's experiencing pain or the Dr says otherwise sex is fine. During the 9th month one might want to abstain, but there's always oral.
