Well I hope that you just inform the person that you are lactating, then make a joint decision from there. Yes it can be a bit harder after pregnancy, but just be aware of your new body and don't let anyone let you feel uncomfortable.
the "finding a sitter" situation can be really hard, so planning is a must! If you have made any friends here I suggest to experiment with them first.
The lactating thing can be a plus for some... when my wife was pregnant and afterwards while lactating I thought it was pretty sexy. Almost everytime she would orgasm she would drip a little... it was sexy to see her body reacting to the orgasm, she couldn't help it but fortunately I loved it. So as others have said maybe you should forewarn a playmate.... happy hunting!!

I had problems with the extra weight because I retained water and my nipples were so very sour. Lactating can also be a troublesome with those that don't like it... My wife also had some problems...
