I am trying to get a business going and am in need of an attorney to help with some things. I am looking specifically for an business attorney with knowledge in Utah liquor laws and the process to apply for the appropriate licenses.

I work at the School of Business at the U and one of our faculty members is an attorney. He teaches business law so I'm going to assume he knows what you need

For a brewery.packaging store/restaurant they aren't as strict with the licensing. Its the clubs that are limited on the licenses.
