I have a small martial arts studio I am thinking of using occasionally to host an exhibitionist party. Would anyone be interested and how much would you think is reasonable to pay for a night of showing off?

We are looking at offering tea and coffee service with BYOB for anything else. I haven't looked at the local hotels yet. That pricing is in line with what I was thinking. I am going to have pictures of the place in the next couple of days. Guest list would have to stay at 15 or less. What day of the week would everyone like to have a regular party on?

Sounds like fun! Count me in 
Mondays and Tuesdays from 6 until 9 is when we will be hosting a laid back get together where flashing is ok and anything else is up to you. This is a laid back environment more like hanging out. No loud music and drunks puking on the floor, just relaxing conversation with people comfortable showing their sexuality. There are a few local hotels, none of them high end, that run from $38 to about $60 a night. I have a Booty Call up for more info as well.
