We need some advice on getting breast implants. Which clinics in Utah do the best job? What looks and feels the most real? Any pointers from those of you who are willing share?

Gotta agree with DEVIANT. Yours are uber sexy but if you're set on going bigger make sure you "interview" a LOT of surgeons and get as much info as possible. Check out their before and after pics (all good docs will have extensive books with pics of their work) paying close attention to those "before" pics that most closely resemble yours. Then ask to talk to patients who have had their done by the doc. Bradd Christensen did Ms. Evil's and they turned out very natural looking/feeling. She's had 3 or 4 friends go to him for their augs and even one redo. Ms. Evil's are over 15 years old now and still look great. But I miss her little perkies sometimes. :-(
Mr. Here, in my experience I believe there were only one or two that were done that didn't feel like an over-inflated football. In my opinion natural is the best; and honestly, from what I can see from your pics yours are amazingly perfect (geez hope that didn't make me sound to much like a perv)
I had mine done by Dr. Vincent with Vincent Surgical Arts. I really like mine and Mr. AandR can't get enough of them

we second Dr. Bindrup.
We loved our surgeon, had the best before/after shots we'd found from anywhere. He had many A-list clients that came in from all over the world... Unfortunately he went crazy, kidnapped his girlfriend, duct taped her in his closet, then ended his drug induced day with murder/suicide. Sooo, not sure that he's available any more... (Dr. Berg if you feel like googling him for an interesting read)
Mrs SJA is waayy sexy as is. But she'll be just as sexy with bigger boobs, so good luck.
My hubby would chit a brick if I suggested such a thing. I DO have a bad case of lil-boobies but I'm just gonna "stick it out" with 'em.
Do be aware that breast implants are not considered "lifetime" devices. They've gotten better, but at Mrs SJA's age it is likely that they will need to be removed/replaced at some point.
The pressure for women to undergo unnecessary surgery for a bigger chest is certainly high, constant, and widespread.
Lots of beautiful women on this thread who have undergone such surgery -- as beautiful now as they were before, I'm sure.
I agree with Mrs Palls. Pretty lady and really does not need it to be swarmed over. But, if it makes her feel good, then great. But size is not everything and variety does it for me. I would hate to have all women the same cup size.
I do not recall that she asked anyone if she would look good with it or not. She wanted suggestions. A boob job is like an extra fun thing...along with High Heels and fun outfits. I don't think anyone will tell a girl not to wear high heels. Go do it you sexy thing.
Also I have not had mine done....but, Silicone might be better then Saline ones...It is really all up to you!!!
It use to be that silicone was frowned upon because of how it was made. Now they are very close as the same. I have felt both kinds and they both seem awesome!!! I am also the female half hehe boobs are boobs they are fun indeed!!!

Any thread about ANY topic is going to draw opinions, advice, totally on-point responses, and off-the-cuff not on-topic responses as well. No big deal. But to stay with the simplistic theme, as an example, if I asked about the best mountain bike, I'd no doubt draw comments as to the usefulness of road bikes, tandem cycles, and some goofy person similar to me expounding the simplicity of the unicycle. Again, no big deal, and really no further off point then your comment here.
It's all good, and I don't know that if it were me asking this same question if I'd be at all upset if I were fortunate enough to have the men telling me that I was sexy just as I am, along with all the specific Dr recommendations that can be found here as well. I think that the thread will still be useful to the OP.
If boob jobs were as simple as High heals and sexy costumes, I would have to build an extra closet.
Just one couples opinion, but you are fantastic just the way you are.
If you simply insist on modifying those perky little beauties, please allow me the privileged of playing with that beautiful little body just the way that it is first.

We agree totally, Bindrup has good reviews and our consultation was great, then we saw Vincent and our choice was clear. We went to him too. Best I have seen. Too bad he went crazy, but most great artists do. :P
SJA, my best advice to you is to love what you have. You're a FINE looking woman! Most men prefer it real whether they admit it or not.

Not to happy with Bindrup's work she has to go back in to get one fixed and another friend has a noticeable problem with one from Bindrup also.
WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DR. YORK YATES ;-) ...and those of you who know the Mrs. and have had the pleasure of seeing the results of Dr. Yates work know that he is very good at what he does. Obviously by reading all the messages here it's clear there are many great doctors to choose from who will provide you with a great result. The 3D imaging wasn't the deciding factor for us. It was more the comfortable feeling we got from the Dr as he took time to explain the pro's and con's of the different types of implants and the risks of surgery. Statistically every Dr will have some patients that aren't happy with the end result... but there are many more that are very pleased with the results. I think if you see some profiles who fit what you're looking for write them and get their opinion On how the procedure went, the follow up appointments, the cost and type of implants. Again remember body types and all differ so one persons result may not be yours. We had a few different consultations and chose Yates for us. His professionalism, bedside manner, staff and cost all fit for us. Hope this helps ...good luck! :-D
