We like the Waldorf Astoria in Herriman or possibly the Ritz-Carlton in Lehi. 
Some will be at the Sheraton. They tend to be lifestyle friendly.
looks like our group will be at the sheraton. Meeting there before the party for drinks and food then taking a lemo to the event and back.
