So I, the Ms have been thinking randomly, which I tend to do. I am in the medical profession and see/hear a number of crazy things. So the Herpes (HSV-1) virus that is typically found downstairs in those infected is now being found in on the face. It has been active on /in mouth, lip mucus membranes, eyes and on the skin. As well as the Herpes (HSV-2, cold sores) are being transmitted to the genital area. Which either way personally is pretty nasty. Not to mention everything else is also transmitted via oral. I attached a few links below. But I would like your opinions on the topic, if you have used them your opinions to using them ect.

Woo...dam...nasty...but yet EVERYONE here is "clean" and plans on staying that way...yet you look at most pics and people dont play safe (vaginally or orally)..Eeeeeeeek
Been doing this north of 25 years now and have NEVER seen a dental dam used. EVER! Met all kinds of people with all levels of comfort as far as STD awareness and prevention is concerned and still no dams. I think most swingers (and the vast majority of vanilla people actually) are very good at denial. Bottom line, if you swing you are engaging in risky behavior and you, on some level, need to be aware of that fact and okay with it. Oh, and Sir Newby, if by highly selective and picky you mean not fucking anyone but your significant other then I agree. If you mean anything else then I'm sorry to say that you too are in denial.
The one we've had people balk (and laugh) at the most that we learned from the book "The Ethical Slut" (By Dossie Easton and Janet Hardy) yet is the most simple and effective for oral (either gender), is the use of saran wrap! We've had a difficult time finding un-lubricated condoms and when we do find them they still taste horrible, but saran wrap leaves no yucky taste and is very thin so theres still great sensitivity (we all use the stuff to cover food!). Of course we strictly use quality condoms (no porous lambskin and the like!) for intercourse... and we're highly, highly selective!
Hey seriously, the last time a couple broke out the Seran wrap we slammed the trailer door when we left!
We actually prefer EVERYONE be wrapped in Saran Wrap head to toe. And none of that cheap store brand shit. Just remember to poke air holes. 
Make sure you don't cover up their junk. Cause that's like showering with a raincoat on. STI's are just a government scare tactic to get us all to go to church...and buy more Saran Wrap.
