Hello all -
I am looking to get my breasts done in December. Having just gotten back from the visit with my Dr. I wanted to see if anyone who has gotten breasts can offer advice from their experience? Here is some info:
* 457 CC implants / ends up being around a full D
* Subpectoral placement
* Incision in the nipple or in the bottom of the breast fold
* Silicon
* Had natural D boobs before, but have lost some weight and am now a natural C.
Not sure whether to do the incision at the nipple or in the bottom fold of the breast. Also, the 457cc breast felt a little large, but I have been told to go a little larger, and the 421cc implant felt a little small. That is all subjective so probably hard to answer, but curious if anyone has any insight?
Also curious about the healing process people have encountered. How long did it take to recover 100%, and what was your process. I was told about 4-6 weeks before I will be considered 100% and can get back to lifting weights.
Hopefully that all makes sense. Thanks for any help.

I CAN TELL YOU FROM THE HUBBY SIDE, MY WIFE LOVES HER NEW DDD BOOBS BUT FINDING GOOD TRIPLE D BRAS IS NOT EASY. SHE WENT FROM A C TO TRIPLE D. THE DOCTOR SAID MOST WOMEN SEEM TO REGRET NOT GOING LARGER THAN THEY SELECTED BEFORE THE SURGERY. ANOTHER POINT IS THAT THEY ARE SO NATURAL IT'S UNBELIEVABLE. SHE HAD THE INCISION UNDER THE BREAST AND AFTER 9 YEARS IT'S UNNOTICEABLE. IT ACTUALLY WAS PRETTY INVISIBLE FROM THE BEGINING.
IT WAS WELL WORTH THE COST JUST FOR THE PSYCHLOGICAL VALUE ON MY WITH.

You and your doctor can only really decide on size. Ms. Evil's doc told her he would go in a general range but decide the final size once she was on the table and cut open. She gets MANY complements on how natural hers look and feel but she was upset at first that they were too big for her frame. Her doc was astonished and claimed that almost everyone who complained about size wanted them bigger. Again, talk to your doc and look closely at pics of others he's done that were on women of similar size/build as you are and have the sizes you are considering. I think the size decision is more of a decision on how natural you want them to look. It's pretty easy to spot fake ones when they're too large. As far as the scar, Ms. Evil had hers in the fold and is happy she did. They are extremely hard to see unless you're really looking. I've seen some around the nipple that looked fine and some that looked horrible. How badly do you scar when you get a cut? Ms. Evil had the option of the armpit but decided FAR more people on a daily basis would see that area than the fold under her breast. As far as sensitivity, her nipples are actually way more sensitive now than before. Almost annoyingly so. She OFTEN has to remind playmates to be very gentle. YMMV
My wife had hers done a year ago and love them. They did the incision around the nipple and lost no sensitivity what so ever in fact its better. The place she went to was Alpine surgery Dr. Burnett. He also did her tummy tuck and she loves his work. Highly recommended by others I believe they have a web site check it out.
AS A HUSBAND AND AS A FORMER LOVER OF LITTLE CUPCAKES, I HAVE TO AGREE WITH 100 PERCENT OF THE COMMENTS ABOVE.
I had a lift and implants, mine was a complicated procedure and my Dr. was concerned that I would have a loss of sensitivity, but for me the results outweighed the risks. NO loss of sensitivity here!! My Dr. did and amazing job. As for size, really I think a lot of it depends on how wide your chest is. That is why the Dr. measures you and will give you a general suggestion. I was able to go with a 475cc filled to a 525 cc (they overfill to make it look natural and no ripples) but mine were saline. I couldn't be more happy with mine. They do not have a fake look and no one that I know has ever suspected I've had work done. Good luck!!
Also as far a lifting goes, I would NOT push it, 6 weeks would be to soon for me. When I had my pocket repair done I weighted over 2 months to lift again. Remember, its an $$ investment!! I would go for the nipple route!
Thanks everyone!! We truly appreciate the feedback to our question. I am moving forward with it in December, but still have some questions about size and the best insertion methods
I am making another appointment with my Dr. and will try to finalize these questions as I agree with a lot of the responses saying the Dr will have a really good idea of what will work best, based on my needs. I know I want at least a full D, so will start there. Nice to read so any positive experiences, even though the recovery period doesn't sound like too much fun. I guess it all leads to something really fun, so will be worth it. Thanks again!!

My wife had hers under the breast and you cant see it unless you sit and look for it. It ended up about a 1/2" long. With tanning and lotion its all but gone. We know some people that have had it done through the nipple and they are mixed about it. Some say the nipple is fine but some say its to tender and the scar is to noticeable. If your thinking bigger DO IT!!! My wife wants them done again and wants them bigger lol. She went from a small C to a very friendly, comfee, lovable, suckable, (sorry lost track there for a sec) to a DD. She would be happy to show you where her scars are. Or would be more then happy to chat with you about them too.
