It's hard to describe exactly what the "Glow" is, but pregnant women definitely have it, and "Pregnant Sex" was seriously awesome with my wife, so anyone who's experienced it will certainly associate the sex with pregnant women, not the messy end 
Can someone TRY and describe the glow?
Is it that the worry of getting them pregnant is gone?
My guess is that it is not describable. It probably goes so deeply into our species that it will always be a mystery. Maybe it is the continuation of the species manifest in a single woman. I'm sure the attraction has been something men have felt in common since the beginning of our time.

I would say that it's also that women that are pregnant are creating life.. so it's hard not to be mystified by it... and that we can't do that... lol ... but yes.. can't help but admit, part of the allure is that you can't get "more pregnant" but it's also more than that. It's amazing to feel part of celebrating the creation of life while also taking part of that process... it's just the nature of nature! Can't say that I have ever felt more gracious than when I was with a woman that allowed me to be part of her while there was life growing within... hard to explain I guess.. it was beautiful and very erotic.
I too have to agree that pregnant women are extremely sexy. But I guess my theory would have to be (I may sound like a dick or a douche but this is how I feel) that many love that when women are pregnant they do tend to have a higher sex drive. Also many men love the fact that womens breast become engourged and what guy doesn't love a women who is hornier and has bigger breast. I personally also find it very erotic and fascinating when a woman lactates.

Ah yes, there is nothing more sexy than a pregnant woman! I would also love to see some pics. I think it is perfectly normal for you to feel the way you do. After all, your body goes through radical changes, some of which are not typically viewed as attractive outside of pregnancy - and then there are the hormones going out of whack. But, there is definitely a glow and sex appeal other women just don't have; like others have mentioned, it is difficult to put a finger on exactly what "that" is. I think everyone's responses are valid pieces to the puzzle, and sometimes you just have to take it on blind faith - you are very sexy, beautiful and extremely desirable!
Pregnant women have moments of absolute serenity that seems contagious. they exhibit hope and anticipation on their face and mannerisms in a way that is palpable. Pregnancy is such a constantly evolving cycle that the changes wrought on your body make it feel like I am exploring a new person every time we touch. Yes, I remember the exhaustion and annoyance at stretch marks and not being ale to see my feet.... But I also treasure that feeling of allowing my body to serve at its most primal purpose. It is raw and unfettered Human-ness. That is alluring. pS, my kids are 12 and 16, and all i have left are memories of those amazing months... And the memories are still absolutely charged with sensation.
