Seems if they can't shut a decent Swingers club down one way, they'll do it another. Sorry for all of you Utahns that were going to to your friendly neighborhood swingers club in Woolloongabba, you'll have to look elsewhere. You have to wonder how financially onerous it would have been to make it disabled accessible.
Hell, a swingers club in Utah wouldn't even get to the point where they'd have to use that kind of legal obscurity to shutter it.

The way I read it, they wanted to conform, and were willing to conform, but couldn't get a building permit to make the necessary changes.
