I know there was a similar topic earlier this year, but I couldn't find the old post so I'm creating a new one. This is chastity and I get SOOO horny at the gym, but I am too timid to go to any hot guys and girls working out and start a conversation. Just wondering if there are any people here that I have happened to see at the gym that I wanted to go talk to and....well, use your imaginations (I sure have). We go to golds gym in Ogden.
There are actually a fair number of swingers we know at our Gold's. There are probably more than we even know about but most of the peeps there seem to be pretty serious about their workouts and don't seem to be looking for hookups. Too bad they don't have like a swinger's hour or maybe a Wife Swap Till You Drop class. ;-)

Really? Both of us are there all the time and never realized. I've never though to look good for the gym I really just go to work out. If you ever see a red head guy lifting weights or in yoga or a lady with a brace on her right arm in zumba there feel free to ask if they are PandJ we will probably get really excited.

Respectfully disagree. We love Gold's. We've been members for over 15 years and the facilities are top notch. There is great camaraderie (always someone willing to spot you or help you with your form and help motivate you). In a home gym you'd never be able to match all the different machines and equipment to mix it up and keep your muscles confused and growing unless you're Mitt Romney and can put several thousand sq. feet of workout equipment next to your car elevator. Of course there are a few posers and some meatheads. But guess who I want nearby when I'm goin' heavy on the bench or squat rack and can't quite manage that last rep? :-P
We go to lifetime fitness in bountiful and haven't came across any fun couple yet.
Lifetime doesn't offer a "swinger" discount like Gold's does and they don't have a secret co-ed hottub in the back either.

It is a bit further away from you guys. Yet I go to 24 hour fitness in San Diego. Then the rest is on the surf at the beach. Yet Utah gyms are sounding a lot better.

NO! I haven't. Honestly when I go to the gym to lift usually I'm wearing old shorts from high school, messed up hair and didn't care who saw me. I (M) go to the gym to work out not have gym rats hit on me so I keep to myself. All that has changed now though :P
I have been hit on in the steam room before though. That was awkward.

I know a few dancers that absolutely will not date anyone that they meet at work, but will gladly date people from the gym I even know of one case where a friend of mine used to hit on a dancer at work on a regular basis, then ran into her at the gym one day & things warmed right up.

The ones that REALLY want to be approached are usually decked out in fabulous outfits with their hair and makeup all done. The ones that are serious about their workout probably don't mind as long as you are discussing something intelligently gym related, don't fully interrupt their set and/or get in the way, and are hot enough to be worth it.
Golds gym for me (Mr. AandR) in Sugarhouse if I'm at work and Taylorsville if I'm home. Mrs. AandR doesn't need to work out, naturally fit lucky huh?

Most the time Syracuse golds works the best for us but we pop into Layton and Roy golds every now and then. There is some good eye candy at all of them!!

Tooele Gold's has a special right now it only 10.00 bucks a month. With a 40.00 start up fee. It's a month to month thing so you don't have to worry about getting stuck in a contract. Come join the rest of the guys with there faces glue to the arobics room windows.. Lol

We don't really worry about gyms, we run, jog, and bike around when we wanna exercise. Usually we take the Ogden River Parkway trail from the dinosaur park on up to as far as we can go. Maybe a little biking group workout group would be fun.
