We had met this couple a few times, they made it extremely clear to us that they were interested and one night we decided to go for it. Well, I'm not sure if it was the booze talking (which he had drank quite a bit of) or if that was just his way, but at some point while I was playing with him he started telling me that he loved me (numerous times) and eventually started asking me if I loved him, too. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the situation and things fairly quickly came to an end and we went home. Honestly, we hardly knew them.
So, I guess what I'm wondering is if this is a common occurrence or just one of those random freak incidences?

I think I'd be creeped out, too. Not to be too judgemental, but *love* is for my life partner. Swinging is "just sex". Yes, I want to enjoy the company of those I get physically-intimate with, but that's not love.
PERHAPS this guy was just "conditioned" that "when you're having sex with a woman, you say "I love you"". Perhaps it was just a "fantasy thing". But I wouldn't expect either of those on a "first date" - regardless.
So. Yeah. I agree that it would creep me out - and make me wonder if there really was some kind of "stalking" going on and he *is* in love with you - which would be a big indicator to never see him again - if true.

I would be more inclinded to think it was just the booze talking, but Definately would have been freaked out. SOunds like you handled it pretty well though.

Run away quickly from this couple..........It wasn't the booze........Booze will only make it easier to do something that you would do anyway..........We have had a couple of instances with similiar couples/singles.............There is something wrong with someone who professes love during such a casual meeting (for lack of a better word).......
Yes it has happened but with a couple we played with for awhile. We gracefully backed away. But it did feel a little to us like breaking up to so who knows.....
A wooden cross with a stake to the heart should solve this issue. Have holy water on hand just in case.
