So I am just curious if it's normal for women to get orgasms from having anal sex. My wife has screaming orgasms from it and I was wondering if any other woman are like that.

If a woman has them, it's normal. If she doesn't, it's normal.
It is turning out that these days she seems to crave anal more than vaginal... apparently the orgasms are that much more intense. Who am I to argue.

Ms. Evil has never had an orgasm from anal sex (and please don't start with the whole "You're doing it wrong."). Although she doesn't mind anal on rare occasions it's never been something she's particularly enjoyed. Our experience after over 25 years in the lifestyle is that an orgasm from anal sex (over and above enjoying it to any degree) is by FAR in the minority. TREETREE is right. What's normal for you is normal for you and not necessarily for anyone else. I just love those threads where someone asks, for example, what feels good during oral sex. What feels amazing for one person may easily bug the living hell out of another. Best to just ask a play partner what they like and don't like and look for cues (or ask again) along the way as to whether or not what you're doing is pleasurable.
