Not sure that this is really the right area for this, but Papi is going to be performing in Avenue Q at Midvale Main Street Theater. May 30 - June 15, Thursday - Sunday nights. Tickets aren't quite on sale yet, but we will post more information once we have it.
If you aren't familiar with Avenue Q, it's kind of like Sesame Street all grown up. There are puppets that do alot of the singing and performing. But now the puppets and people on Sesame Street have grown up and are facing real life. It's a HILARIOUS show including songs like "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist" and "If You Were Gay" and "The Internet is for Porn."
Even people who aren't usually theater-goers will enjoy this show. If you decide to come, please be sure to let us know you are there and say HI after the show!

Don't forget "Schadenfreude"!
This is an awesome show; I'm very sad that I missed it playing at Capitol Theatre last year, but it looks like I'll get a second chance. I'll be looking forward to seeing the ticket information when it is available.

This is true....Shadenfreude....German for taking joy in other peoples pain.
How could I forget?!? The theater is getting set up with a new ticketing agent, and they thought they would be up and running by the end of this week. As soon as it is up and running I'll be sure to post info!

WOO HOO!!!! Finally!!! $5 OFF AVENUE Q TICKETS go on sale TODAY!
After a couple weeks of struggling with the online ordering agent, we have decided to just go the old fashioned way and have everyone order their tickets by phone through the box office.
Starting from 1:00pm today (5/10/13) to 1:00pm next Friday (5/17/13) we will be selling tickets for $15 if you mention my name (Ryan Hoskins) when you order tickets. (Ticket price is $20 after the promotion ends).
You must call 801.566.0596 to order tickets and it must be after 1:00pm today or the promotion will not be valid.
